Shortlisting

​Here’s what we do:

We’ll handle all the early-stage heavy lifting:

  • Post and promote your job ad under the Frankie Recruitment brand (stealth mode: activated), or use your own brand if you prefer

  • Handle the avalanche of applications so you don’t have to

  • Screen and shortlist up to 10 standout candidates

  • Provide detailed profiles with the need-to-know on each one — no fluff, just facts

 

Advertising costs are not included, as each client sets their own budget for promotion. However, we'll guide you through what we believe is best for your brand and the role you're hiring for.

 

Here’s what you do:

  • You run the final interviews

  • You make the offer

  • You handle the final onboarding steps

 

You still make the final call — Just no inbox chaos. No awkward first interviews. Just great candidates, teed up and ready to impress.

Full End-to-End Recruitment

​Here’s how we find the best talent:

  • The Briefing: We work closely with you to understand your needs and the ideal candidate profile. This includes salary banding.

  • The Hunt: We leverage our network, job boards, LinkedIn connections and internal database to find the perfect fit.

  • The Shortlist: We screen, assess and interview candidates to present you with the best options.

  • The Interviews: We conduct thorough pre-screen interviews to ensure both skill and cultural fit.

  • Present - we present the best of the bunch to your team to consider for final in person interviews.

  • The Offer: We help negotiate and finalise the hiring process.

  • Up to 2 Strategy Sessions: If the new hire is not working out, we will collaborate with you to implement different actions or strategies to ensure you are making the right decision.

  • Guarantee: We offer a 3-month replacement service from the placement date, if things don't work out.​

  • Optional Extra: Onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition for your new hire.

Seasonal Recruitment

With our expert team handling everything from candidate sourcing to shortlisting, we save you valuable time and ensure you find the right fit quickly and efficiently. You get access to our extensive network, streamlined processes, and flexible service to support your business through peak seasons — all while ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience.

What’s Included:

  • Briefing: We work closely with you to understand the role and the ideal candidate profile.

  • The Hunt: We tap into our network, job boards, and internal database to find suitable candidates for your seasonal role.

  • We prescreen and shortlist up to 15 candidates who meet your specific requirements, ensuring you get the best fit. Let us know if you need more candidates, and we'll expand the shortlist to provide additional options.

  • Interviews: We arrange interviews with the candidates you want to meet, handling scheduling and logistics to save you time.

  • Offer Finalisation: We assist you in finalising the offer with your chosen candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into your team.
