What are red flags to look for in a job interview?

We’ve seen it all. Here are the common red flags:

• Vague answers to specific questions

• When they answer a question saying "we" instead of "I"

• Blaming past employers

• Talking only about money, not the role

• Inconsistent job history with no clear explanation

• Dodging feedback or hypothetical questions

• Personality changes when triggered by a question

• Having misfit values

But: One red flag doesn’t always mean “no.” Look for patterns, not perfection.
